The Daily 100 (Burpee) Challenge for November

Up for a little daily challenge?  A great way to keep warm in the (supposedly) cooler days (& those long evenings!) as well as to boost your fat burning in the run up to the festive season…

This is the November 100 Burpee Challenge – which is as it sounds, 100 burpees a day for every day in November.  I started last week (had planned to do a random Daily 100, but then saw this challenge on FB and decided that would be more fun (?!): Facebook Group for 100 Burpee Challenge

I suggest the version where you fold forwards and put your hands on the ground, jump back to high plank, jump forwards between your hands, stand up then add a jump.  You can do whichever variation you like, I’m adding in the push up too.

If you aren’t up for burpees, then you can still do a Daily 100 – simply choose your favourite exercise (well, you know what I mean) and do 100 each day.  Or pick a few bootcamp exericses and do 100 of one of them each day, rotating as you like.  Just stick to the 100 each day and if you miss out you have to do 100 extra the next day!
