Coconutty Weekend Workout Challenge!

A coconut themed workout for you!  There’s a hairy shell, some sweet meat and some nectar-like juice in one little package, giving you all you need to sustain life (I actualy reckon it would be possible to live on coconuts alone, wonder if anyone has tried it?!)

Coconuts are sooo good for you, coconut oil being one of the best cooking oils (as you all know from reading your nutrition guide, right?). You can get coconut oil in bulk from http://www.coconoil.co.uk/ which I very much recommend as it lasts ages and costs a lot in small batches from the health food shop.  You can also find out more about it there.  It’s great to use as a moisturiser and hair treatment too, and works great in raw chocolate treats.  If you want to try coconut milk check out: http://nourishedkitchen.com/how-to-make-coconut-milk/.

Anyway, this is not a nutrition topic, so let’s get onto the workout!  Remember to do the warmup (http://www.fitbodyfix.com/workouts for a video) and stretch afterwards.

KNARLY HAIRY SHELL BIT:

10 burpees
10 reverse lunges on each side
10 warrior jumps
10 press ups

SWEET MEATY BIT:

Tripod Extension x 10 each side
Mountain climbers x 10 each side
Dolphin x 10

SWEET NECTAR JUICY BIT:

20 cycle crunches on each side

REPEAT THE WHOLE CIRCUIT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU CAN IN 15 MINS & POST YOUR RESULT BELOW!
