Welcome to Fit Body Fix Bootcamp!

You are now a member of the elite team of Fit Body Fix bootcampers who are getting fitter, leaner, more energised and enjoying the journey!

The basic information you need to get started is all available for you to download on this page. When you join in full you get access to the full private members’ area, in the meantime this is all you need to get started!

PLEASE READ THE INSTRCUTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE YOU READ THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS BEFORE COMING TO YOUR FIRST SESSION OR WHEN YOU COME TO MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR THE WEEK BEFORE!

Please note, each bootcamp programme lasts 4 weeks (unless it is stretched over 5 which happens occasionally) and your 12 sessions are taken within that month.

You can also bring a friend along to the first week for free, and if they join you both get 10% off each month as long as you both stay!  Simply let me know by email or get them to register HERE.

DOCUMENTS TO READ BEFORE COMING TO TRAINING OR YOUR WELCOME MEETING:

1. Your Welcome Pack, with information about the coaching meeting, the training and what to expect: Welcome Pack

2. Quick Start Guide & Trial Week Journey: There is some reading and some work you should do before training starts if you want to make the most out of this programme! This is it outlined in a nutshell: Quick Start Guide (also see the Trial Week Journey that takes you step-by-step through week 1!)

3. Forms you need to print up, complete and bring these along with you when you come to meet your instructor or to your first session: Forms

4. Monthly Focus Workbook! Some goal setting and nutrition-based exercises for you! These are for you to hang on to and refer to, and will go in the manual once you receive it at your first session. You should complete these EVERY MONTH!  Monthly Focus Worksheets
