Intentions are one of the most powerful tools you can use – if you complete these in the way outlined in the document, print a few copies and post them up wherever you can (places you usually give in to temptation, like the fridge, and places you usually allow negative self talk to dominate, like the mirror!) and refer to them several times daily, your subconcious mind will help you out by aligning itself with your intentions!
