		<description>Spidey lunges are when you are on all fours with bum in the air and you step one foot at a time to the outside of the same side hand. Spidey lunges - because you end up in a spiderman like pose!

Dolphin - get into plank position resting on your forearms but move your feet slightly closer towards your hands and bum in the air again! Move your upper body forward so that your bum goes down and body straightens out. Pull in your tummy at the same time!
For a more difficult exercise, move your feet closer in and your bum at a higher starting point!

Turn laptop volume up and put some tunes on in the background! (Make sure you can hear the buzzer.) Maybe test it to make sure all the parameters are correct before starting.

I did it 3 times then did a speed round where I changed the rest to 0s and did work rounds of 25 s.

Its good to do it with a continuous timer as it keeps the pressure on and makes sure that lethargy doesn&#039;t make the workout drag on into your day!!</description>
