Fit Body Fix is now running across several venues in Southampton and Bournemouth.
FitBody Fix was set up by me, Caroline Radway, an Integrated Fitness Coach, or Personal Trainer. My approach to training all clients, both in a one-to-one context and in a group training environment, is that to achieve lasting fitness and health you must employ an integrated, holistic approach.

Caroline Radway:
I am passionate about coaching my clients to WIN! And to keep winning – quick fixes and fad diets create an illusion of victory, only to leave you when you need support the most. I want to educate you, support you and inspire you, not just train you! Giving you the tools you need to succeed and reach your goals.
Yes, I want you to get RESULTS, to acheive things you thought were impossible. That may be fat loss, it may be fitness, it may be corrective exercise, but whatever it is, my goal is to make sure you get to where you want to be!
My main passion (other than fitness, of course) is windsurfing. I have competed internationally and nationally and taught both abroad and in the UK for
several years. I am not too one-track minded, though: depending on the conditions I spend pretty much all my free time windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, stand up paddle surfing, snowboarding or mountain biking. I love it when clients take up a new sport, as they have increased their confidence and fitness levels – life is about living, after all!
I also love to practice yoga regularly and, being a qualified instructor, I often include yoga movements or even entire sessions within clients’ workout and programmes. Yoga has so many benefits and on days a client might not be up for a full training session it is a great alternative to cancelling a session!
I of course train most days and I love the way exercise makes me feel (and look!).
I’ve always loved being active: I used to run a lot and had a minor spinning addiction for quite some time (and the flabby thighs to prove it!). I rowed for University College London and also for the British Army while I was a commisioned officer. But despite all of this activity, I have also always struggled with my weight – so I really understand the turmoil those of you who want to lose those extra pounds are going through.
I also spend a lot of my free time researching the most effective and efficient ways to train for maximum results. You will benefit from all these hours of reading and research as I boil down my knowledge into your 45 minute Fit Body Fix training programme and support.
