MORNINGS – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30am
LOCATION: The park near Hanger Farm, meet in the small car park on Aikman Lane.
Coaching meetings are held every 4 weeks on a Tuesday 6.15pm, before the start of the next 4 week programme (unless we are running a seminar which is 6pm Taunton’s College in place of the coaching meeting).
You will receive full details as well as the nutrition and goal getting coaching materials as soon as you sign-up.
Hi, I’m Rebekah Donawa and I teach the Totton bootcamps. I’m a qualified fitness instructor and am passionate about helping you reach your targets.
