How does it work?

In fact, the group dynamic makes it even better than 121 coaching in many ways – there is camaraderie, friendship, social support & a little healthy competition: you get more out of yourself as others are there boosting you even more, and helping you get out of bed in the morning when you might otherwise want to hit the snooze button!

Each bootcamp runs for 4 weeks which includes 12 sessions of 45 minute outdoor workouts and ongoing nutritional support and advice.

This entire program is organized in to short and sweet workouts that they literally rev your body’s fat burning machinery into overdrive, meaning you can BURN FAT FOR THE ENTIRE DAY, EVEN WHILE RESTING!

Maximum Results, Minimum Time…

These sessions are only 45 minutes long, and use the latest proven training techniques which will make your body generate what is known as EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, if you want to know!).  Your workout leaves your body regenerating for 24 – 48+ hours after the actual workout, which elevates your metabolism, so you burn more fat, even when you are doing nothing!

1.  Your Fit Body Fix Member Manual

You get access to the Fit Body Fix Member Manual when you sign up.  This includes your Nutrition Guide, healthy recipes, a shopping list, and meal plan templates in order to ensure you enjoy healthy and delicious food to increase energy, while shedding fat, fast!

2.  Monthly Coaching Webinar

The coaching webinar means you are getting a whole lot more than just fitness training – you are getting coaching and mentoring that ensures you reach your goals.  We look at mindset, emotional eating, self-sabotage, your inner critic and more.  If you can’t make the webinar live you can email me your questions in advance and will receive a copy of the webinar via email.

3.  Weekly Food Journal Reviews

You can email food diaries to your coach and / or me, and these are reviewed each week, so you can be sure you are going in the right direction with your nutrition.  This done as online one to one coaching is £30 per weekly review.

4.  Monthly Homework

The worksheets include your progress log, goal getting and action plans. These keep your head in the game and make sure you know what you are working towards and how you are going to get there.  Knowing WHY you are getting up early to exercise and choosing the healthier option when faced with a tempting treat is vital in making sure you stay on the right track to achieving your goals!

5. Online Workouts and Support

The Fit Body Fix members area contains videos and workouts that you can use at home or when you are on the road, to ensure the challenges life throws at you don’t stop you getting results!  No excuses, ha ha!
