3 short but insanely effective workouts each week, plus support materials to provide you with the help you need to make changes to your diet and lifestyle (without missing out on all the fun!). Ongoing online support, and a monthly meeting where we will have a talk on nutrition and / or motivation, a Q&A session to look at any issues or obstacles and review goals achieved and plan new goals for the coming month.

You get 3 sessions a week with a Personal Trainer – most people who have Personal Training cannot afford that amount of contact time. You don’t have to worry about any other training in your own time (unless you miss a session, in which case you are provided with home workouts to do on your own). The rest of the time, you can get on with yout life!
The group dynamic adds power to things, too! The social support, the accountability of having others sharing your journey, as well as going through the same things you are going through and the fact that you can have fun and come with friends, or make new friends!
